NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE, the place is understaffed, 1 person to answer phone, wait on walk-ins and cut hair, AS A RESULT the hair cut I was hoping for based on a picture they got hanging on the wall (which shows lots of hair) and I told the hair cut lady and pointed to the picture on the wall what I wanted before I sat in the chair, I received an almost shaved head !!!!!!!!!! and that was NOT WHAT I WANTED !!!!!!!!!!!!! and totally opposite of the picture on the wall

3 DAYS LATER and I'M STILL MAD, it will take over 6 months or more for me to regrow enough hair to be able to attempt the same hair cut style as the picture on the wall.
MY ADVICE DON"T COME HERE unless you don't care what they do to you
FOR THE RECORD, I been here before and pointed to the same picture on the wall, and the hair cut I received before matched the picture on the wall and I was happy then and NOT NOW

Had a 1: 00 appt. Arrived 10 minutes early. At 1:35 there we still two people ahead of me for each of the two girls working. Terrible scheduling. Left at 1:40 and was in the chair at Great Clips within 5 minutes! Now that's service.

She did great. The lady was by herself and super busy and still took them timrb my child needed. Thank you
