I love my new hair color! I was hesitant to try a new place after moving here but so far love the results. Mr. Enes has years of experience in the industry and he knows what he’s doing. Definitely recommend this place!

I have mixed feelings about Kramer's. I was in a pinch because I was starting a new job on Monday and I had to get my hair into good shape. I usually don't spend much on getting my hair done, but I had to have my grand entrance at my new job. After researching and getting a lot of "we may be able to fit you in in a couple of months" I finally got a "yes!" I spent time researching what color and style I wanted and collected a few pictures. I got a confirmation text and a reminder the day of.

Unfortunately, my GPS took me about 20 minutes off-track and I received a text wondering if I was going to make it on time. I apologized profusely and said I'd be there shortly. The owner was standing leaning on the entrance door looking a bit unhappy, which I can totally understand since I was late.

He dismissed the pictures I had that I wanted to show him, and proceeded to let me pick a hair color sample and got to work. He spoke very little English but had an assistant there to translate. I did get the pleasure of having some hot Turkish tea and some crackers.

The place is well decorated, it is a large space with a sophisticated feel. The hair color was great, perhaps a little redder than I wanted, and the haircut was not what I wanted. I did walk out of there feeling a bit like a "baddie" as my kids call it... and a bit nervous about my first day at work.

I will let you decide. At this point I'm marking it a three star, but if you like the do give this review a like and I will up the rating. Perhaps I will be encouraged to go back again.

The morning I went to this salon, I did not know I was going to visit. I first went to a different salon and had my brown hair turned blonde. The first salon did an absolutely awful job, and it looked nothing at all like the pictures I had shown them. I called Kramer Paris begging them to help me, and they made space for me in their schedule. I have never felt so pampered in my life! I was given authentic Turkish coffee and tea, snacks, and plenty of kind conversation. The atmosphere is AMAZING -- so clean, beautiful, and inviting. I instantly felt calmer sitting there.

However! The most amazing things:

1) My hair went from the terrible pink/orange/mess that the first salon had created to a beautiful HEALTHY blonde I am so so pleased with. Better than I ever could have hoped!

2) I must emphasize HEALTHY hair. I went from dyed red/brown to blonde in ONE DAY. I was ready to have my hair be pretty gnarly. But Enes is such a professional he was able to lift the color of my hair without damaging the structure. My hair honestly feels healthier than ever after the color and a cut.

3) These wonderful people stayed extra time after closing to help me style my hair and make me feel better. I came in nearly in tears, and I left so happy my cheeks hurt from smiling.

TLDR; these are such wonderful human beings and have an INCREDIBLE salon. Please please go!

They did a great job with my hair. I ended up doing balayage which at first I didn't want to do but it looks great. It looks like full highlights. I wanted my hair bright and they were able to deliver that. I went to many salons since moving here from Florida and the stylists were not able to get my hair bright blonde enough. He added the contrast I wanted and my skin looks brighter now. I feel younger. The main stylist doesn't speak English well but it was totally fine because another person helped him. We should be more understanding. Thanks!!!

I recently had a blow-dry at Kramer Paris Hair Salon it was a very good experience! The staff was genuinely friendly and clearly wanted to understand what kind of style I was going for. The blow-dry itself was expertly done, with clear attention to my hair type and the look I wanted. After the session, my hair looked and felt amazing, like something out of a commercial!

My daughter is the one who visited this salon. First time was a successful trip; she wanted a blowout for a formal event and the male stylist who assisted her, despite speaking very little English, did a beautiful job. She later scheduled an appointment to get her hair toned, and was told it would be $30.00. On the day of the appointment, she received two calls from the salon asking her to come in early. She did so, only to sit and wait while they tended to another customer. When the same male stylist and his translator finally got to her, they spoke between themselves in a foreign language and my daughter had to interrupt several times and ask for clarification. They proceeded to tell her that a toner would not solve her color "problem", and that she needed a whole new service that would be +$200.00, and couldn't be done that day. She tried to understand what this service included and required, but even with a translator it was impossible. They showed no respect for the customer's needs, and their lack of professionalism was jarring. My daughter ended up walking out without having anything done to her hair, after advising that "someone who can't communicate with a customer should not be performing services of this nature". Obviously, not ever going back and not recommending this salon to anyone.

When I got there, he didn't explain or asked if I wanted anything else done, he just trimmed my hair a little and dyed my hair. When he finished, he charged me $260. I said that's not what the price I've been told, so he lowed to $200. This is not right, why did he do more than I asked and didn't even asked for my permission. Be careful everyone!
