It was my first time here and was greeted warmly by my stylist Kelly who really knew what she was doing and gave me a beautiful long layered haircut ! 10/10 would recommend going here to get a nice wash and a even nicer haircut !!

Based on the positive reviews, I went to this salon, but now I understand why it looked like I was wearing a wig.

On top of that, they charged me an additional $120 for "styling," which was literally the lady at the front desk using her hand and a blow dryer, followed by the stylist throwing in a few curls. The whole experience was a mess.

I called to express my disappointment, and instead of fixing the problem, they questioned me as if I was wrong. The next day, they offered me a measly $60 off. By the end of the night, my hair was a total disaster – no style, no curls, and not even properly parted. See the attached photo for proof. I’m extremely unhappy with the service and will never return.

Yes, you made me sign a waiver before my service. How could I ever have predicted what I would look like? Lol, who wouldn't sign a waiver? with 4.9 stats thinking there in a professionals hands. Do my photos look professional to you? If I left without concern then why did I get a callback offering me 50% of my service back?

Came in for a style and curl for my graduation and ended up leaving with just that and a new hair cut. I went in thinking that I was just fine with my hair but after much encouragement and advice from the stylist (Joseph) I took the chance and let him make improvements to it. I have really thick hair and over grown layers. But with his help my hair has been able to feel much lighter and more stylish even when I’m straight out of the shower. The prices were fair and the hair wash felt lovely.

Probably got one of my favorite haircuts ever from Hannah at Arianna! I’ve heard great things about the salon from friends and I finally pulled the plug coming in from the west side all the way to KTown. Well worth it. She’s so talented and understands exactly what you’re asking for! Also easy booking with their online system. I’ll be a regular here with Hannah.

This is my second time getting my hair done by Stella the director. Last time I was here to get my haircut and this time, I got haircut + perm + bang cut and I’m super happy with the results!

Stella is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. Her and the team was friendly and attentive, checking in with me throughout the process and making sure I was comfortable.

Highly recommend this place if you’re thinking of getting a perm or even just a simple haircut. Thank you Stella and the team, I’ll definitely be back for future appointments!!!
