My daughter drug me in to the spa, kicking and screaming. I'm not one to go into these kind of places. However, I did sign up to get my nails done. She would go to get her feet pedicured, while I sat to get a gel manicure.
1st, the test they put you through would make a sane woman go nuts. They sit you down and ask you to select a nail polish color from 2 different color wheels, while sticking one hand in a bowl of cold water and filing on the other. At the same time you're supposed to navigate this wheel with your chin and select colors while turning the pages. What kind of sane person can do these things with their chin? (Ha, ha.) Well, at least the people sitting in the front door in the waiting area had a good laugh.
When the woman had finished my nails, they looked really nice. My short, ragged, ugly nails, actually looked pretty. Thank you to Amy, who did my nails, and my daughter, who made me go get them done.

Worst hair trim ever. I asked first if they can just trim 1/2 inch and they said yes. My trim ended up with unwanted layers, front (bangs) not even touched/bended and lower back right across cut not even blended or even try to style so it wouldn’t look like a horrible mullet. How can anyone mess up a simple trim!

Terrible customer service, third nail appt. I walk in, no one acknowledges me, I then sit and hope someone will say how can I help you? we’ll be with you in a bit, maybe.. Nothing! I got up, walked out. Nails lift from the back, asked for polish change on toes $30 crazy… Seems the only thing keeping them in business are the haircuts

I had such an amazing time, it was my first time going and I'm definitely going back. I got Kim and she was the best, I've been to other places where they're rough and go through the steps quickly but she was gentle and took her time at every step. Pays good attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted

The people who work here are not accommodating at all. My boyfriend has gorgeous curly hair and the stylist was dishonest about knowing how to work with textured hair. The stylist left random patches of hair, brushed out his curls dry, and cut everything unevenly. It looks like someone used a dull knife and just hacked away at his hair. My boyfriend had shown the stylist a picture of what he was going for which was simple: the sides cut, a quarter inch off the top, and leave the back alone because he was trying to grow it out to be more even with the top and the stylist didn’t listen to a word he said and just did his own thing. A bad haircut is one thing because hair grows back and we just wouldn’t come here again, but when he had asked for a refund they laughed in his face and refused.
