I bought the new Miami shampoo backwash bowls. I loooveee them!!! So do all 11 coworkers and their clients. They are so comfortable, modern and feel luxurious. Best part is our clients stay dry. No more apologizing and drying shirts. The headrest keeps the clients relaxed and supportive which takes the pressure off their necks. Originally I was a bit worried about our elderly clients getting in and out of the chair. Has not been a problem at all. They are probably the first ones thanking me for the upgrade. I was also wondering how to rinse the back of my clients hair b/c of the block that supports their head. I just have them look w/ their whole head left and right to rinse. Never need to lift up their head to rinse underneath. Just genius. I did have a couple minor issues w/ parts, but AGS has amazing customer service and support. Took care of me right away. I highly recommend these bowls!!!! Will purchase from AGS again.

March 2020, 2024 I contact AGS of Portland, I tell them that I need a cylinder for my chair, which I have not been able to get of Haworth for three years. I call and Lilly answers the phone, I ask her if she has a cylinder for my Haworth chair and she tells me "yes," I go immediately to AGS because I want to resolve my matter as soon as possible, I bring the broken cylinder and she tells me that it is of no use to her because you need the plate where the cylinder sits. Well, I don't bring that however that is not a problem for her and her staff to find the correct cylinder and help me resolve my issue. She just asks me how I want it, tall or short, then I choose the one I like and she brings it to me and I pay her. All of this was handled in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this place to buy parts for your chairs i.e. if you have any damaged or broken ones. Very good service.

I'm the owner of a men's boutique and barbershop in Venice, CA called, Saints. I heard about AGS a few years before opening my shop from another business owner who recommended their equipment. After looking high and low, I couldn't find the same quality work at the price point they were selling at. Once it came time to build my current business, I looked no further and bought all my barber chairs, cabinets, and sink bowl from AGS. We've been open for a year now and haven't had any problems with anything we've purchased - extremely happy with there products.

I purchased a barber stand from AGS about a week ago. The barber stand I paid for is not in stock according to one of the workers via email. It took a week for them to say anything about what I had ordered not being available even though I had answered various questions with them at the time of purchase regarding what I wanted/needed. I’m not sure why it took so long to tell me that what I paid for was not in stock. Hopefully I get a refund. I won’t be doing business here again. Maybe this review will get someone from AGS to assist me. From the start it has all been a headache.
