I absolutely LOVE my hair!!! I came to Rachel needing new extensions after having a different method of extensions for 2+ years. She talked to me about the IBE method that she specializes in and gave me all the info so I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the process. During this busy, holiday season, she was able to make time for me on her schedule just 2 weeks after our consultation (mind you my appointment was LONGGG) so her being able to fit me in was such a blessing!!! Any questions I had she was glad to answer and took me through every step of the process on what she was doing with my hair. It’s hard to find a stylist who does great work and who you’re able to connect with but once I found Rachel it was game over!!! She is the BEST!!!

I came to Rachel wanting dark brown soft curls. I paid $450 for install and $1600 for what she said was 9.8oz of hair. While doing the install Rachel told me that the hair would curl once wet. I washed my hair 3 days after the install and the hair was straight. I immediately texted her to let her know. I had to take time off work and find a time that would work for both of us.
That same week the extensions started to come off my right side of my head ripping off my natural hair. I immediately texted her and asked them to remove them while we waited for my appointment to remove the wrong color and texture, which she did.

After the extension removal my scalp was sore and I have bald spots on my head. I told Rachel that I wanted to wait to the Re-install and she was ok with it.

After two weeks I decided NOT to proceed with the install. Rachel then told me that all she could do for me was to do the reinstall with the correct texture and color which is not I wanted. I decided to just go ahead and pick up the $1600 (9.8oz dark brown curly hair extensions) I paid for. Rachel agreed- she gave me 4 oz of light brown curly hair and told me that I did not listen to her recommendations. Who pays $1600 for 4oz of hair? All I wanted was dark brown curly hair that match my texture. I am extremely disappointed with her service and i would not recommend her services to anyone.
