THIS IS NOT A REAL BARBERSHOP - ITS MADE TO LOOK LIKE ONE , BUT ITS JUST MARKETING AND SMOKE AND MIRRORS

So walked in for a hair and beard trim. The girl cutting my hair asked me what I wanted and I explained to her. She didn't speak English very well and I don't think she understood what I said. She proceeded to give me a generic cut with clippers when I specifically told her to use scissors on top and not make my head round. Clippers from one side to the other. Beard trim with a electric beard shaver and did not lay me back to get to the chin area and did not use a straight razor

I could have trimmed my head with a trimmer just as easily. Start on one side and go all the way over to the other side. Two snips on the little hair left on top. A five year old child can run clippers over your head and cut all your hair off.

Floyd's appears to be the Walmart/super cuts of barber shops. IT IS NOT A BARBER SHOP - find a real barbershop with experienced barbers. WASTED MONEY

They didn’t had appropriate clippers for beard trimming I am extremely disappointed with their service and they charged me $20 only for the lining with their useless hair trimmer which they use for the beards as well. Probably my worst hairdresser experience ever! They need to stop offering a service which they can’t deal with instead of wasting peoples time and money.

Worst haircut I’ve ever received. Front desk was nice, but the Barber I got did not know how to cut hair, despite him claiming to have 20 years of experience. The haircut I asked for was not anything difficult, which makes me wonder how on earth this Barbershop exists. Also, it was $35, way too overpriced to get someone that doesn’t know how to do a simple haircut.

They do great work and quote quickly.My go to barber left last year but since then I have gone to who ever is available for my last few cuts and the quality was always on par.
