This was a while ago - I asked for Nhung since people seemed to have recommended her on these reviews. I had very long hair and 3 days away from going on a trip, I simply wanted a trim with long layers. Somehow, she ended up cutting almost 3 inches off with choppy layers that weren’t even. I didn’t notice because my hair is very wavy and she blowdried and volumized my hair. It wasn’t until I showered that night that I realized she butchered my hair. Thankfully I called and complained and she let me come back to at least even out my hair which ended up needing another inch off. I was very upset going to my trip. I am disappointed and will not come back here again, I do not recommend

Tracy Vo is so sweet and does the best work. I get compliments on my eyebrows everywhere I go. I booked the ombré eyebrows (tattoo) in 2023. A year later still looking great!

Pretty fast services. Good hair cut. Also got a head massage when they washed my hair. I didn’t see the stylist using scissors like the other salon I went to. Just using the shaping razor blades. Seems the results were pretty much the same though.

I always go to Hair Capital and they never disappoint. No matter who I get, they always do a great job. I recently got Andy and loved how he cut and styled my hair. It was near closing time and he didn’t seem rushed at all. Highly recommend!

Literally the worst experience. My hair stylist was Skylar. He was nice but he didn’t deliver what I asked for. My hair didn’t look like anything I showed him. I felt like he was rushing me the whole time. My hair was so orange when I was done. They had to get another stylist to fix my hair. I still wasn’t satisfied. My hair is so damaged. $245 wasted.
