Lori was great. I came in with orange highlights and chunks of orange highlights that my previous hair dresser did, totally not what I wanted. I told Lori what I wanted and she fixed it and I am super happy with my hair now. She's also very nice. She also speaks Spanish so if you're looking for a Latina to do your hair, she's the one.

Lori estuvo genial. Llegué con highlights naranjas y trozos de highlights naranjas que hizo mi estilista anterior, que no era en absoluto lo que quería. Le dije a Lori lo que quería y ella lo arregló y ahora estoy súper feliz con mi cabello. Ella también es muy amable. My hair cut by Lori is so bad that I sent two pictures (attached below) and the salon offered to fix it for free. I did not realize how bad this hair cut was until I straightened my hair and it was the choppiest hair cut I have ever gotten. I did not want layers in the first place, but was convinced because what i asked for would "look bad".

Before the "fixing" appointment I looked at who would be fixing my hair and it was Lori. Obviously, that does not make me comfortable as she ruined my hair when I was in her seat and did not listen to what I wanted my hair to look like.

I called the salon and asked if someone else could please do my hair because I was nervous and not comfortable with her doing my hair again. Instead the "solution" was to have the manager stand beside her while she cuts my hair.

I have seen plenty of other reviews that are similar to this, where hair has been messed up, and yet you are expected to come back in and let the same person cut your hair again. My hair is so choppy and uneven that I completely lost my trust in Lori. Now, I have lost trust in this salon and will not be recommending my friends and family there anymore.

This "policy" where the same person who ruined your hair is the same person to fix your hair, does not have the clients best interest in mind and honestly, is an extremely uncomfortable position to put someone in. Very very disappointing and upsetting that this happened to me, as well as other people, yet still there is no good solution. Handing the scissors back to the person who destroyed the hair, is not a solution, it is just another problem. Hopefully this issue brings awareness to others, and awareness to the company that there is a need for change.

I worked with Ahmed and he was wonderful! Beautiful cut, professional, good at walking me through price/length and ensuring he is doing what you want. The studio is beautiful and I loved the experience. Staff are all wonderful

Went in to get basic blonde highlights and a hair cut (no layers) paid $300 for a “master hairstylist”. My first red flag should have been signing a “no refund policy”. Unfortunately, the hairstylist did a horrible job (see attached photos). The highlights were 2000s level chunky, and were a solid 1/2 away from my scalp. The owner of the salon even recognized the mistake when I brought it up. When I asked the salon to make it right, all they did was say they could “fix it” the next day. I told the owner I didn’t trust them with my hair, and he told me that they would not give me back a dime, and I should be greatful because my hair looked bad going in(?). Terrible, overpriced, and rude- do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
