I ordered a custom cake needed same day and Oscar was incredibly accommodating and understanding of what we needed and made great suggestions! The cake was moist, delicious, and made our birthday girl and family very happy. We got a 10 inch wide, 7 inch tall, whip cream icing + strawberry filling, fresh fruit topped with writing on the side.

My only complaint was that there was not a box he had on deck that could fit the cake which made transport pretty iffy, but that was very minor and i attribute to his bakery only having been open about 2 weeks. Him and my uncle worked together to mcgyver together a solution and we made it about an hour away to the restaurant reservation without much issue.

The inside of the bakery is cute and welcoming with self serve (tray and tongs) for the individual baked goods like cookies, conchas, and bread. There is also a fridge to the side for bottled drinks and coffee station for ordered hot coffee with sugar etc. There is also boxed cake slices, cup-flan, cake pops, and ready-made cakes in the display case.

Oscar is a second generation baker and makes the ordering process very easy! He was back there alone on the day i went and only has help occasionally from family. Despite this he was extremely timely and considerate.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this bakery for any future cake or baked goods orders!!

Honestly this place had some pretty big shoes to fill because the bakery that was here before covid was awesome. However, I completely LOVE THIS NEW BAKERY FOR SURE!!! I've had everything from Conchas, cupcake cakes and regular birthday cakes made. Their pastries and cake pops are great. Everything taste so fresh and made so well. Definitely recommend this place for sure. Prices are really reasonable and surprisingly does not break the bank. Give them a try, you won't regret it and will come back as a returning customer like myself.

If you like day or two old pastries! Very limited selection what they have is mostly Mexican Panaderia style pastries with a few American pastries thrown in from what they told us everything they have is usually atleast a day old and they but every place does it lol!

Mexican bread & muffins were 2 days old and and they were selling it at regular price at least if you're going to put two old bread out on the shelves sell it for like 25 cents and not full price. I had the Mexican bread and it was so dry terrible I gave it back to him and ask for my money back

The other day i was driving by (on my way to work) and i notice the brand new bakery. And oh boy. Its has been a long time since i havent try a bolillo so good!. Then i brougth my daugthers n wife the nex day to find out oscar (the baker) just made some cake pops and some jellys with mazapan and vanilla and wow. Just really good!. And the bread in general was fresh and really good!. my favorite bakery for sure!
