I have been going to Josh for a few years and before that, Deana. The services provided and manner in which every stylist holds themselves are exceptional. I needed my hair done for my niece’s wedding. Josh got me in the next day, gave me bright highlights, a fantastic cut and did my brows! I looked better than ever! Best salon in WNY! I have been a client here since college (I'm not going to admit my age, but let's just say it's been more than a minute.) Friendly, knowledgeable, wonderful staff. Super clean. Convenient location. Rachel is phenomenal. Josh is a true hair artist in every way. Lisa nails it every time. If you are contemplating trying a new salon, go to Leon Studio One Williamsville!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went to this salon based on a friend’s recommendation. I saw Josh and provided him pictures and a video of the pixie cut with an undercut I wanted. He assured me he could do it and not to worry. Which I was, because I was having brain surgery in a few days. As he was on with the cut I started to get nervous noticing he was cutting the top shorter than the pic. I asked him “The top is going to be longer right?” He reassured me again not to worry he knew what he was doing and it would look great. Well whe was done, I wanted to burst into tears! It looked horrible!! It was nothing at all like the pics I showed him and it honestly looked like a bowl haircut! He did not style my hair, put product in my hair or flat iron my hair. He just said to me “Your just gonna need to get used to it.” He had to know by my expression I was upset but didn’t try to style it or anything. I left there feeling so ugly! That same night I had to go to another salon for a stylist to try to fix what they could. The final touches and clean up of the back was never even done and had to be fixed! I’m now stuck with an awful cut that I have to let grow out to get even the look I wanted! The WORST experience I’ve ever had at a salon! I would never recommend this salon or Josh! If you say you specialize in a specific cut or style please make sure you can deliver or DON’T!!
