I have long hair with an undercut that Carissa has maintained for years and she always does an amazing job. Although Michaela or Stacie do not cut my hair I have seen so many satisfied customers come out of the salon. The business is clean and professional and has such a calming vibe! This is a one stop shop for men, women and children. I also love that I can come in for any of my waxing needs and I highly recommend any of the stylists that work here.

I just LOVE getting my hair cut by Carissa!!! She helped me donate my hair!!! I’ve been going to her for 2-3yrs now She always has the best knowledge about products and what to do and what not to do I hate getting my hair cut but you definitely make it a great experience!!!

I can’t speak for the other ladies, but I saw Carissa earlier this year. I hadn’t gone to a hair salon in years, because 9 times out of 10, they never do what I wanted. Well, for this, I hadn’t been doing too well and my dad gave me some money to get my hair done to cheer me up. I was supposed to get this purplish reddish color on all of my hair, and cut maybe 6 inches off my hair AT MOST!! I had extremely long hair, over 3 feet long for reference. Don’t get me wrong, if she just told me she couldn’t do what I wanted that would’ve been fine. But, she never once said that. Even if she said it could be done but only in multiple steps that would’ve been fine, but she didn’t say that either. Okay so here’s how this went: I arrive maybe 10 minutes early, I lived an hour away at the time in Willits. She gets there over an hour late. And she is always late, with everyone I know. Super unprofessional. Anyway, what am I gonna do about it, I was still excited. But then she tells me there was a crash by the buffalo ranch and that’s why she was late. I didn’t say anything, but I immediately knew she was lying because I literally came from there and there was nothing (she texted me that like right before I passed the buffalo ranch, saying she’s gonna be a little late because of a crash there, yeah no). So anyway she does her thing, “trims” my hair, dyes it, yada yada. Well the lighting is so terribly done in this building that I couldn’t even tell til I got in my car and already paid $160 + a $40 tip, that not only was all of my hair BLACK but with PURPLE ROOTS, but she without my permission cut off a FOOT or more of my hair!!!!! I was absolutely DEVASTATED. I have a strong attachment to my hair and I have been growing it for many years, just for Carissa to chop it ALL off without asking. It has been like 9 months and I am still just so devastated by my hair. I miss my long hair, it was healthy especially for the length. She said she was going to give me half my money back but didn’t. Dude I literally cried all the way home the way she RUINED my hair. So disappointing. I would NEVER recommend Carissa. Sorry, I get having bad days and what not but not at your client’s expense. Plus it is just a fact she is very frequently over an hour late for her customers because she goes to Ukiah for hair dye before the appointments. Maybe she should leave earlier.

My fiancé has been going to Stacie for some time now, and additionally, she recently began cutting my toddler's hair and even trimmed up my baby's hair today! We LOVE Stacie. She's not only professional, patient with the babies, and just downright talented at her profession but she's also a totally easy person to be around and talk with. She's welcoming, sweet, and can even be a little sassy (but in a good way!). Highly HIGHLY recommend her. She's just about as good as it gets, people!

Stacie is amazing! My son has his hair cut by her every 4 weeks. She is thoughtful and listens to his wants and makes sure his super curly hair is cut right every time!

Best barber shop around. Been going to Stacie for several years now and couldn’t be any happier. She’s taken care of my son and myself almost monthly with no issues. Definitely recommend her.
