Madelin did an AMAZING job on my highlights. It's exactly what I asked for. She transitioned my hair from dark red to a beautiful light brown over the course of a little over a year and then when we reached the goal color we finally got to add in my highlights. I'm so so very pleased with Madeline's abilities, how nice and helpful all the staff is and how clean and pretty the salon is. I highly recommend getting your hair done here.

Absolutely in love with my hair every time! i’ve been going to Valerie for about 3 years now and she always does AMAZING. My hair is also super healthy which was so hard to find in a hairstylist when getting blonde hair! she is the best!!

Val is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and fun to be around while she does your hair and does exactly what you ask. I always love my hair when I come and I look forward to seeing everyone in the salon. Such a beautiful salon with amazing people, Val is truly the best! I have been through many hair salons and hairstylists and Val has been the best, she is consistent and always listens to what I ask for. Whether it’s color, cut, or style this salon always does amazing!!

After using the same colorist for many years, it was time to make a change. Val, colored my hair to the color I always wanted, and when I left it was so soft and just perfectly done! She is insanely talented and anyone who has been told your hair can’t be the color you dream of, find someone new! Val, took my inspo pic and made it happen. No damage whatsoever to my hair, and she’s an absolute pleasure to be with! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been a long time customer customer of Phase11 since the opening almost 12 years now.
Victoria has been keeping my hair looking beautiful and healthy which sometimes doesn’t go hand in hand but she does it.
The atmosphere, her kindness, the skilled services she provides are outstanding and she will always fit me in whenever I need an appointment which works well for my busy schedule and I really appreciate her for that.
She also goes out of her way to take care of my sister, who is too sick to go to the salon in person. I can’t say enough about her.

Valerie is the best. She does my touch ups every six weeks and I always walk out looking and feeling great. She does the best blow outs and she’s always so patient and takes her time. I have long thick hair that she’s working with. Renee is great too! Love Phase II!

Valarie did my highlights and they came out perfect. There was no damage to my hair at all. Her time management was on point. She also suggested a hot oil treatment for my hair to keep it hydrated since I was very blonde, and my hair felt amazing. This is the only place I trust with my hair!!!
