Just had the single worst haircut of my life thanks to Mike. I understand that you’re employing older people and it’s great that they are given an opportunity but at least get folks who can differentiate between what hair looks like on the left and right?

Mike messed up my hair so bad, I had to go and pay 2x the money for a different barber in Morristown just to fix the remainder of what hair I had. Mike was horrible in his work and I will never visit pro hair cutters again.

How can you be so bad at your job that you can’t see how badly different two sides of the head look? Maybe just stick to regular kids haircuts and say no to anything else.

Edit: just got home and saw that there’s two cut marks on the back of my neck from when this guy was trimming neck hair. Worst experience ever.

Every time I see a different person, other than my regular hairstylist, they do a horrible job. I specifically asked for my color to be focused on the crown and top of my head and my roots look like it's been 3 months . I called them within a week of getting the color done. When I called to discuss this and the older woman that answers the phone gave me an attitude and reminded me that I complained a few years ago. Yes ma'am I did complain only 2 times in the 17 years I have been coming here. My husband, son and several friends I've referred come here and I spend thousands of dollars a year at this location, so excuse me for complaining. I've been trying to contact the manager for 3 weeks but she's never there when I call to discuss my complaint, I keep getting the older woman or no one answers. Customer service needs attention.

I came in and didn't have to wait. My haircut only took 15 minutes. The people are friendly and all do a good job. I live in Stanhope and come here because I like the people and the job they do.

Went for a hair cut 8/27. Told them specifically i am trying to grow my hair out that i just want a light dusting and left with my hair insanely short. Cried all day. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS REQUESTS

Its going to take 6 months of growth to get it back to where it was at.

They chop your hair and do not listen to what you want as far as a hair cut. Had to go back to another hairdresser to fix the chopped hair cut that was done by the hairdresser that cut my hair. So it cost me more then one hair cut to fix what was chopped and uneven. If I could I would give zero stars.

Nice owner. I came in with a certificate he had provided for Jersey Battered Women Services. Nice of him to do this for the yearly fund raiser. Michelle cut my hear and did great. Very nice. And they have lotto!

The staff are all friendly, and most of the time you’ll be greeted by the owner. He is a elderly fella with a kind heart, and all the staff do exactly what you say, though they would offer a quick adjustment, and if you say yes, would be surprised on how well it came out. Friendly environment for the whole family, and have prices ranging $25-$245+. They are very clean, very professional, and come out looking brand new!! 5/5 Stars Worth It!! Shout out to Tim, this man is a master a hair styling 🙂

I am an employee at Prohaircutters and I am making this comment in response to B Dom’s review below. I was working the day that he brought his children in for haircuts. The barbers were more than accommodating to him and his requests. When he seemed unsatisfied, the front desk receptionist asked if he would like another stylist to satisfy whatever seemed to be his issue. He rudely refused and stormed out. I personally have been a stylist for 30+ years and I believe that both cuts were what he requested. Both of the stylists who did the haircuts have also been in the business for 30+ years and are terrific stylists . The owner of Prohaircutters has been in business for over 60 years for a reason, and he prides himself in quality work and great customer service.
