For several years my haven and escape has been Quintana’s nail spa. The incredible staff have consistently ensured my visit never disappoints. However most outstanding is the excellence in service delivered by Chariah. If you’re fortunate enough to get a standing appointment (highly recommend getting one in advance online or by phone) Chariah is your person!!

Chariah is a master nail tech who has many years perfecting her craft. She is the queen at mani/pedis and you will not be disappointed!

Beyond her job it is evident Chariah’s high performing, perfectionism, professionalism, consistency, dedication, creativity, innovation, resourcefulness, integrity, dynamic, and positivity shows up in her work. Chariah demonstrates everything and more of what you’d like to receive as a Quintana’s customer and goes further ensuring her customers feel completely satisfied with her work. Her warm and funny personality is an added bonus. Chariah ensures everyone feels welcomed, seen, heard and understood as to what they’d like from their nail sos experience. As a customer I’ve seen her mentor other team members with grace and poise and makes herself available to all that needs her. Through the years Chariah has become my maní pedí icon and provided endless manis from holidays, cultural events, galas, birthdays, anniversaries, work promotions, bad work weeks, stressful weeks, and everything in between. Chariah’s manís and impecable pedis are my biweekly balm to my soul ❤️. My husband and son enjoy seeing what new look or silly nail color name I come with and hope others have the privilege of enjoying such gem of a human and professional as Chariah!

I had the best experience at Quintana's Dream Spa. It all started with fabulous customer service from Lauren who helped schedule an appointment for me right away with Erin for eye waxing.
It was the first time ever going to Quintana's Dream Spa and as soon as I walked into the building, I was given a wonderful welcome by the lovely receptionist and Erin immediately came over to introduce herself.

I've gotten my eyebrows done in several different salons and this has by far been the best experience for me. Erin talked to me before beginning the waxing and truly wanted to see exactly what I wanted done. She was very gentle and it was the first time I did not end up with super redness around my eyebrows. Erin was very personable and someone I was able to relate to in many ways! I look forward to continuing to support this amazing local business! You are all wonderful people!

My favorite place to get my nails done in Cleveland is at Quintanas with Chariah! By chance I booked my first appointment at Quintanas with Chariah and because of that positive experience and quality service I have been back many times since! ☺️ Chariah made my dream nails come true for the Eras tour this summer!! I couldn’t stop taking photos of them, they brought me so much joy and I may have shed a little tear the day I finally took them off . I've been a loyal client of this family-owned barbershop salon and spa for over 20 years, and their consistent professionalism and friendly service never disappoint. The staff is incredibly adaptive to individual needs, making each visit a personal experience. Melissa, the senior nail tech, stands out for her impeccable care and expertise. Her knowledge and flawless technique add a touch of old-school quality to the modern vibe, contributing to both community pride and growth. To top it off, their Speakeasy, offers entertainment and delicious craft cocktails. These delightful drinks during spa services, adds a unique touch of luxury and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a combination of classic service, personal attention, and a special indulgence.

I am a total believer in patronizing small, independent businesses. When time and opportunity present themselves, I choose this one — though usually for an experience at the neighboring Speakeasy (stellar every time), which has the same owners. My niece gave me a gift certificate for the spa, so I was motivated to try a deep tissue massage. It hurts to say, but I was disappointed. The roster of options appeared to have only one woman, so that is who I booked my appointment with. She was kind, but didn’t quite live up to the level of professionalism I expected. Mostly, it seemed as though she was working from intuition rather than skill. I have to wonder whether she might still be a student, learning her craft? There is a balance on my gift certificate, so I will try Quintana’s again, and hopefully I can leave a sterling review the next time around. I really want them to be one of my “go to’s.”

Love the service at Quintana's Barber & Dream Spa! It's a very peaceful and friendly environment and they're always quick with high quality work. I've been going there for my pedicures for 2 years and have always gone to Chariah because her work is fantastic and she has a great personality.
