This is a long overdue review of the best salon I have ever been to (I've been to so many).

The salon itself is clean and relaxing, with fun music and beautiful decor. All of the stylists are extremely talented and always do a fantastic job. Seriously, every client they have walks out looking stunning.

Kiana has been my go-to stylist now for years. She is so lovely and knows her stuff. With other stylists at other salons, I would walk out with maybe one or two things I wanted to change. Not with Kiana- she nails it every time. She is talented and kind, which is the perfect combination for a stylist for me.

I always look forward to my appointments at Rooted Mane with Kiana ☺️

Literally the best salon I’ve ever been to. Ash T. always knows exactly how to do my hair even when I don’t; she finds a color and tone that suits me perfectly. The cut and style are always perfect. Also, the place is so cute and pleasant inside! Highly highly recommend!

I went and got my hair done with Skylar today. She absolutely crushed my color - I needed a refresh and it looks so natural! Will definitely be coming back for my next appointment. Excited to find a salon so close to where we live ?

Arisbel (stylist) and Natalia (shampoo assistant) were both AWESOME. I gave Arisbel little instructions and she nailed it!!! I loved my hair cut and they used all kerastase products. I will definitely be back!

Just had my first balayage in almost two years, and Skylar killed it! My hair was super grown out and pretty dark and ashy, and she was able to get it back to a warm, fall gold. She was super attentive and listened to what I wanted and was just super fun to talk to!

Had an excellent first experience at Rooted Mane. Sophia was great, she listened to everything that I wanted to achieve with my cut, color and style and executed it perfectly. The salon is cute and comfortable. Getting my hair done felt more like a treat than a chore. Already have my next appointment booked.

I had an amazing experience with Ash at Rooted Mane! She was very attentive, knowledgeable and gave me the sprucing up I needed! Salon was very nice, fresh and clean. 10/10 would recommend, will be returning!

I am very disappointed to have to write this review but, feel its necessary to give other potential clients a heads-up. I booked an appointment for a partial baylage and haircut with Natalie. Natalie was an apprentice and I came in for model services. I wasn’t aware at time of booking that even as a “model client” that I would be exempt from all salon policy. I signed a waiver and I wish I had looked into all the provisions. As someone who paid $40 for their service and left a generous tip, I am very upset to be exempted because I was not a “paying client.” After a mere 10 days, my hair is brassy and drastically different than when I left the salon. I contacted Natalie about my concerns and was notified of their policy exceptions and that if I desire a fix, I would need to book a “paid service.” Notably this is contrary to what she told me during my appointment that if I didn't love it after a few days she would correct it. That is exactly what I did and I was met with the information I mentioned previously with no offer of a remedy. This was a beyond disappointing experience as I was hoping to use this salon moving forward and recommended but will telling my recommendations to book elsewhere.
