I had an amazing experience with Sam today, she was on time and extremely friendly, she offered me great ideas for my hair and upkeep. And I left with a smile and a beautiful haircut. I got my hair done by Miranda last year as-well too. She was just as kind as Sam and she did amazing cut, color remover, bleach and tone in a reasonable price range over two visits. I’m not picky with stylists but both did an amazing job at maintaining my hair health and giving me what I asked for. I would definitely recommend.

You have to see Chrissy Weis. She is the absolute best in town. Her years of experience and love for hair is apparent with all her clients. All my friends love her. She’s the most sweetest woman you will ever meet and she always aims to please. I always get compliments on a dirty gym hair day and that truly says a lot ☺️❤️

Please do yourself a favor and get your hair and salon services done here such as nails and wax. Jess is hands down seasoned and knows her stuff, best manicure I’ve ever had and she was very kind and professional the whole time. All a girl wants in life is some executed services and good vibes in the salon and this place will sure have that for you. This is the salon to go to in pagosa and Chrissy the owner really goes above and beyond. Aveda is an all organic and amazing earthy beauty/skin and hair color line and at San Juan salon they use the products there and have the knowledge to properly care for you. Thank you Sam Juan xoxo

Great hair salon . The owner Chrissy is fantastic . Cuts all 4 of my boys hair. Always looks amazing . She is a new salon owner from California and has over 30 years of experience - definitely give her a try - you won’t be disappointed !

The San Juan Salon us hands down the best place in town to get a haircut. Feel free to get your nails done and a massage too, but I mainly go to see Miranda and come out looking like a new man. Wouldn't get my haircut anywhere else.

Terri is an awesome stylist. I am sad that I can't go there now. Most do not wear masks. Terri will if you ask which I appreciate but this should not be the norm during code red and a statewide mandate. Three of my friends won't go right now either. Wish you all would change your stance. I am only writing this so people not familiar know as I would want to have the facts before I went someplace new.

I was so delighted to see a salon that carried Aveda products and seemed as though it was a step above an average salon in Pagosa. I recently moved here and was looking for a higher-class experience in Pagosa Springs. I had been going to Durango to services and wanted something in town. I came through the doors of this salon ready to spend some money in the form of buying Aveda products and making appointments for services. They didn't have the Avenda product I was looking for and rather than offering to get it for me in the near future, the owner's attitude was "I'm not going to be making another order for a few weeks." When I selected a different product to hold me over, I was told to take a seat and to wait until she was done with her client on the chair. I waited for a few minutes and then walked out. I continue to be amazed at the "just enough to get by" poverty mentality and lack of true quality customer service in Pagosa Springs. This truly is a town of immense opportunity for anyone in the service industry with a "can do" attitude to increase and prosper.
