Great salon.

Lena was so good it was my 4th visit. She did the haircut exactly like I wanted it to be. I’m super happy with my new Hair style/color.

I had my haircut today and paid $109.25 in total ($95 for the haircut and $14.25 for tips). My hairstylist did a great job, so I gave her 5 stars. However, I was disappointed to find an additional charge for the hairdry and shampoo when I checked the bill. I should have been informed about this extra charge in advance. (My hairstylist just did everything for me without asking)

I just moved to santa clara, was looking to change my color…. Walked in here total last minute , and they still took me in. Hannah did an amazing job on my hair. I was so so happy with it; i went from a orange/yellow color back to my browns. I told her i wanted darker on the roots and lighter on the ends, and that is exactly what she did.. she even stayed almost 2hr after closing time without any hesitation. Thank You so much Hannah, i will definitely be coming back!

Worst salon ever in the Bay Area! A total RIP OFF !!! For a kids hair cut they charged me $45. For air drying the hair after cut they charged me another $25. A complete nonsense

I want to express my gratitude to Hannah for her work. She listens very carefully to how long the client wants his haircut to be. She also constantly asks about the length during the process. As a result, I got the perfect haircut. The photo shows my haircut the next day without styling

Have been going here since past 7 years and this used to be a pretty cheap place to get a good/decent cut but in my last experience they went ahead and upcharged me (35$ original price, they charged me 45$) stating the hair was longer. FYI i have short hair and usually go here once every 3-4 weeks. Not sure why all of a sudden they felt my hair was longer.

Great salon! Hannah was very meticulous and listened to all my concerns and did the haircut exactly like I wanted it to be.

They also graciously stayed open past closing time and did not rush through the haircut. Took almost 1.5 hours, no complaints there but it went to show that they cared and wanted to give a great service.

It was my second time here and was the best salon experience I’ve had in the Bay.

Recommend it 10/10.

It was my first time there and I saw Lena. She was very good, knew what she was doing. She was nice, funny and easy to talk to. I went in not exactly knowing what I wanted to get and she was kind enough to talk through it with me and help me decide what would be best for my hair type. She advised me against a treatment that may actually ruin my hair because it is thin. I ended up with highlights and a cut, reasonably priced. It looks amazing! She did an excellent job and I am absolutely going back to see her. I had a wonderful experience. Left feeling very happy.
