Made a follow up appointment with Lisa for my daughter this time. This is a little girls dream experience, she got her nails painted, got to choose out a ring to go with her nails, her hair cut, a blowout, a hair bow of her choice and some stickers. My daughter was so happy with her experience. Lisa was able to help guide us through her haircut since my daughter was not to sure of what she wanted. Such a great deal and experience, plan to be back. ?

Very happy with our experience. I took my 4 children for a haircut with Jessica. She was very patient with all my kids, especially my autistic kiddo. I highly recommend this salon and especially Jessica. We will be going back!

Nice and friendly staff, they did a great job with my son even though he was wiggling quite a lot because everything was tickling him.

I can honestly say THANK YOU to AHN she did a wonderful time with my 2 year old autistic son today . She had the patience and was the sweetest to my son. As a mom who has been to 2 different hair salons and had the worst expirences I decided to give this location a try and honestly I don't regret it one bit. I will continue to come with AHN such a great person.

Yesterday, (August 7th) around 4-5 I went to get my baby boy a haircut. The haircut dresser did a good job don’t get me wrong for that, but there was a thing that bothered me. My son (Liam) was getting a little bit fuzzy and yes she was helping me for him not to get fuzzy, but one thing that bothered me was she BlEW ON MY SONS FACE A COUPLE OF TIMES. I didn’t told her anything because I was shocked. I wish I could’ve said something but that wasn’t okay. My baby is only 7 months and for her to blow on his face god knows who she has been in chronically in contact with. It wasn’t okay and employees like her should take precautions, I mean babies can easily get sick that’s on thing. Another, covid is still around. I liked the service and the front desk lady was nice but I’m not sure if I’m going to come back. Maybe I will but not with that lady. Yes she was nice but she blew at my son face, which it wasn’t okay! Any parent wouldn’t be okay, she’s lucky that I wasn’t a Karen to confront her, but if it happens again with anyone, I will say something.

We came in for my daughters first haircut. When we walked in no one even acknowledged us until a few minutes later when we were asked if we had an appointment. We did. I had higher expectations of for my daughters first haircut experience. Sally was accommodating in letting us choose where to sit our daughter for her haircut. She was patient with my daughter and overall we were happy with her haircut. Overall the tone of the shop was a miss for us and why I gave that rating. We did get the package and a printout of a cellphone pic, hair locks in a bag, and certificate. They do check the boxes.

I like bringing my son here, but the only thing I don't like is that we pay extra for him to play video games. The problem with this is that they start cutting his hair before he can even begin playing. By the time they're done with his hair, he's been waiting for the Xbox to load and start up. He probably plays for a minute or two before they take him off the chair. It happens every time I have taken him. They never have them on, and he doesn't get to play, which defeats the purpose of paying extra.
