My daughter and I had a great experience here! She got full highlights with a cut, I got a cut with balayage and we’re both thrilled with the results! I’ve been to so many salons in the area and rarely walk out loving the color but Val nailed it for both of us. Definitely our new stylist!

I been Wanting to get my brows Microbladed so many years but I never had the time so there you go i took sometime off and i did it !
My eyebrows they came out amazing !

Beware if anyone considering buying a Groupon for this merchant.

I recently bought a 40 usd coupon from groupon for a haircut and called to set up an appointment with this merchant. As soon as I mentioned I was using a Groupon, She said there would be an additional charge for my services. When I asked politely why is this not disclosed on the Groupon, she rudely replied as: it doesn't have to. I charge 60 usd regular, if you got from groupon, you will have to pay extra at store on top of what you paid online" and rudely said you want booking or not, if not cancel it and hung up without listening further.

Why are you ripping up customer? If you don't want to provide services as promised on groupon, why do you even sell it. Moreover, you increase regular prices on groupon, offer discount and charge extra on top later to the customer. This is not nice at all. Just be honest with your business. This was my first groupon try and its a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this merchant at all.

I purchased a group on, I have just above my shoulders length hair, and I called and they told me it would cost $60 extra dollars to do the highlights because my hair was too long. Nowhere on the grouponed at State that it was subject to the length of your hair, and even if it did, it's ridiculous to think that a woman's hair is super long when it touches your shoulders.

Anyone considering buying a Groupon for this merchant, beware! Be sure to read the one-star ratings.

I recently called to set up an appointment with this merchant and was met with rudeness as soon as I mentioned I was using a Groupon. She informed me there would be an additional $70 charge for my services, a detail that was not disclosed on the Groupon. When I mentioned that the fine print has no mention of the extra charges, she claimed it was Groupon's fault for not updating the details.

To make matters worse, she hung up on me while I was still talking. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this merchant.

Just had microblading done for the first time. I was super nervous but it was a great experience. Valbona was really nice and patient--and fast. Also, because she's in a newer location off Diamond Lake Drive, Google Maps hasn't quite covered the area very well--so it's a little hard to find if you're using GPS. Picture attached-it's next to My Sweet Tooth Ice Cream Shop. Highly recommend!

Very rude when I was unable to make my appointment. I told the lady I spoke with that I would rather take my business elsewhere. I would rather spend in excess of 400.00 at a better salon than do business with this place. I will make sure to spread the word.

Idk what’s it with this salon that they hate Groupons. When I was cutting my hair a lady came in and said she had a Groupon and the lady working there started flipping off saying that she’s a regular and they don’t accept Groupons or whatever unless it’s ur first time here. Anyway I came to check out and said that I had a Groupon however they still charged me extra and I even tipped since they needed the money so bad. The service was hella mid tbh she cut my hair way too short than what I asked for and completely ripped out my hair when she was brushing it. I only went there because I had an Groupon and I honestly did not want to spend $60 at professional salons for a trim (not even a haircut) but I still payed the $60 so might as well go somewhere professional next time. do not recommend at all
