I went to Val for knotless BoHo braids, and not only did they start coming out two days later she tried to tell me that it was because my hair was cheap when it was not at all. Customer service was horrible and she does not know how to do the boho braid technique. She will also work very slow, she stopped a client put glue at the ends of my braids so they wouldn’t come out. Please don’t waste your money.

The owner, Val, gives the best service I’ve ever received. She was so nice and accommodating. She truly cared about making sure her clients were satisfied with their hairstyle! My braids were super neat! The quality of my braids are outstanding!! The hospitality and the prompt communication was very professional for booking appointment. Val was great. I was a little worried due to some of the reviews but she was amazing. I needed a short notice appointment (next day), found her website during my google search. I scheduled online but called to check if she supplied the hair. Unfortunately when I scheduled online it did not go through but she was still able to accommodate me on short notice. I will definitely be going back to get moving forward.

I’ve been going to Val for a while and she does my hair right every time. She is gentle and does not tug on edges. An appointment is needed when scheduling. If your in the Conyers area go and see her for a nice style.

My daughter waited for over an hour for after her appointment time and when asked about the price for getting less braids she said that’s my price and when I stated your doing less braids and charging the same amount. She said I don’t want to work with you that’s my price. Then said have your husband come pick up your daughter. I will never go there again and would not recommend anyone else do business with her because she lacks customer service skills. The work is good, however when people are spending their hard earned money to support your business you should treat them better!

Buyer please beware. I read the reviews & she has alot of old reviews from customers that are good. The new ones please Pay attention to. I think if you are a old client she respects you. Me as a new client went in to pay a deposit after speaking to her was a bad experience. She was nice & polite over the phone but if she gets a chance to receive your deposit the niceness & respect goes out the door. She did not listen to what I wanted. I showed her a picture she insisted it was something else. I was trying to tell her what I wanted & she brushed me off & basically told me what she was going to give me. I got out without giving her my deposit because I know it would have been a problem. But she is very rude & arrogant. Please pat attention to these reviews & if you experience this please right a reviews. We have to let people know that we demand customer service for our hard earned money. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service!! Does not know how to braid neat! Go to the Africans by Kroger on 138 they are waaaaayy better and have customer service!! If you pay her use a form where you can get back your money! She will tell you she can do something but can’t!! I would not support her! Pay attention to the reviews because I gave her a chance and I should not have!
