these were the reference photos given and the final product of $200+ …… and had to ask the worker to fix it up because the first final product was even lighter then the final final . do not recommend coming here and was given attitude when asked to fix the color that was not wanted in the first place .

Went to get a color correction wanted the reference below THAT I SHOWED HER. First dye job came out ORANGE and when I finally spoke up she got upset with me saying that this is what I wanted. She gave me attitude when dying my hair again after showing her the reference again. She was being more rough with my hair and kind of pulling it. When I got back from the second dye many people looked at me saying it looked way better. When I looked in the mirror it was still not what I asked for and looks neon red. She didn’t even ask if this is what I wanted and the whole time she was saying how i need to cut my hair and have all these split ends. After my hair was fried she proceeds to use her blow dryer and straightener on my already straight fried hair with no heat product. After that I got charged in full focused to tip and even got a convenience fee.

I tried to talk with the owner and left several messages. But no call back at all. Hence this review.
I had to get my color redone as it didn’t take. Mira was handling several customers at the same time that day. She rushed through placing the color on. I called a week later to request a redo but Mira only works weekends (thurs - sat) so I took a Saturday appointment.
Next time I came in for hair color she and the front desk girl said that I owed them for the redo since it was over a week. The issue is that I attempted to get in right away but Mira only works weekends. I attempted to clarify with the owner but she never returned my call. I don’t appreciate being told that I have to pay for a redo. I got in as soon as possible. Shame that’s how they treat people. Owner was short on the facts and didn’t care to hear them.
They also charge an extra fee if you use your credit card. I called around and I couldn’t find any other salon doing this. $75 for color plus tip and they charge a credit card fee!
The blessing here is I found another salon where I pay a lot less for hair color and no charge to use my credit card.

Extremely unhappy that I sent my daughter to have two inches cut from the bottom of her hair only, and instead she came out with the hairstylist's preference to thin half her beautiful thick hair (from her shoulders down) to the point of her hair looking thin. At no point did the stylist, 'Zizi' consult us.

I really love how they offer online booking. I saw the great reviews and decided to try out Variations to get help with a recent haircut I got elsewhere and didn’t love. Gina listened to my concerns, explained her plan to correct it and took amazing care. She’s amazing at what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with at the salon was very warm and friendly and you can tell they love being there. I LOVED my first visit here and already made another appt to come back to get my color done.
